What does Agile Coworking cost?
From €29 net per month for small businesses, all features included. The first 30 days are free and need no payment details. No setup fee, no commission on bookings.
How do my customers pay?
Directly to you: by bank transfer (invoice with IBAN and payment QR code) or by SEPA direct debit with an online mandate. The money never goes through us. Payments are matched automatically by importing your bank statement.
Are the invoices legally compliant?
Yes. Sequential numbers, all mandatory details under German VAT law, immutable under GoBD. Every invoice is available as PDF with an embedded e-invoice (ZUGFeRD) and as XRechnung. Corrections are made by cancellation invoices.
Can two customers book the same desk?
No. Occupancy is locked when booking and additionally checked by the database. If two customers book the last desk at the same time, exactly one gets it; the other immediately sees “fully booked”.
How does contract signing work?
Agile Coworking creates the contract from your template. The customer signs electronically with Agile eSign; you do not need to sign. The signed document is then stored with you and in the customer account.
I offer a business address. What about the Anti-Money Laundering Act?
You are then an obliged entity under the German AML Act. Agile Coworking guides your customers through the identity check (ID, beneficial owners, transparency register, PEP question), reads the ID automatically and logs your approval for five years. You register with goAML yourself.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, in all plans. Your booking site then runs at e.g. coworking.your-company.com, with your logo and colours, without any advertising from us.
Can private individuals book too?
Yes. For consumers the withdrawal notice, explicit consent to start before the withdrawal period ends, withdrawal button and cancellation button are already built in.
What about DATEV?
You export a DATEV posting batch with invoices, cancellation invoices and payments and all documents as ZIP. You set the chart of accounts and the accounts yourself.
Where is the data stored?
On our servers in Nuremberg. We process your customers’ data on your behalf (data processing agreement).
